Heard Sri B.N. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The only claim raised in this petition is for revision of pensionary benefits in light of the Government Order dated 4 September 2017.
Learned Standing Counsel states that this claim shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the third respondent within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
In light of the statement so made, which is recorded and accepted, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall in consequence stand disposed of.
