JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner filed the petition in July, 2014 and kept the same conveniently under objections for almost three years.
2. The learned Government Pleader states that there is no disobedience of the order of this Court as the kalyanamandapam has been sealed and is lying sealed.
3. We take the aforesaid statement on record.
The petition is dismissed. No costs.
