This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.2706 of 2013 dated 26.03.2013.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.2706 of 2013 dated 26.03.2013, appeal was filed in W.A.(MD) No.47 of 2016 and by judgment dated 20.01.2016, the appeal has been allowed and the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.2706 of 2013 was set aside.
3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
