List revised. No one is present on behalf of the revisionist. Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
By the impugned order dated 24.9.1993 Judge, Family Court, Bareilly has directed the revisionist to pay Rs. 300/- per month as maintenance to his wife.
Considering the meagre amount of maintenance and period of pendency of revision, I do not find that there is any ground for interference with this revision.
In view of above, the revision is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
