Applicant has preferred the present contempt petition for non- compliance of the order dated 28.08.2021 passed by Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Bhadohi dated 28.08.2021 passed in Case No. 4116 of 2021 (Mewa Lal Vs. Moti Lal and Others).
When the aforesaid order was not complied with, representation was made by the applicant before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate on 01.09.2021, copy of which is appended at Page 29 to the paper book of the present petition. It is stated that till date no statement has been taken in the matter.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present contempt petition is disposed of finally directing the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, District Bhadohi to take the action in the matter and pass appropriate order, expeditiously and preferably within two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
