JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) In spite of service of notice, no one appears for the respondents. Therefore, we direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to remain personally present before this Court on the next returnable date to show cause as to why they have not responded to the notice. S.O. to 12th July, 2012. However, in case any reply is filed by the respondents, their presence shall be dispensed with.
