JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is aggrieved by the post for which appointment is granted to him in view of the educational qualification which he possesses. He also submitted that the petitioner has approached this Court so as to redress his heart burning in view of the post on which he has been granted appointment on compassionate ground as compared to the other persons who are less qualified (in terms of education) than the petitioner and yet the petitioner is granted compassionate appointment on the post of peon.
2. The learned counsel for petitioner also submitted that the petitioner wants to make representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. For the said purpose the learned counsel for the petitioner requested for permission to withdraw the petition at this stage.
3. Permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a view to enabling the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the competent authority. If such representation is made, the competent authority may consider the same in accordance with applicable policy as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 8 weeks from the receipt of the said representation.
