(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Let the matter appear on March 30, 2012 for final hearing along with Civil Application No.2840 of 2012.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we restrain the respondent-Revenue from attaching the Bank Account of the petitioner being A/c. No. 01520500013519 with Bank of Baroda, Mehsana Branch. However, at the same time, we direct the Branch Manager of the above Bank not to allow the petitioner to operate the said account without keeping a sum of Rs.68,25,951/- in the said account. This order will be operative until further order.
Let this order be immediately communicated to the Bank Manager of the above Bank.
