Heard Sri Rama Shankar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks mutation of land records.
Learned counsel for the petitioners do not dispute the submission of learned Standing Counsel that they have an alternative and efficacious remedy to approach the competent court under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for the same relief.
Sri Rama Shankar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the relief sought for in the writ petition. He recasts his relief and submits he may be granted liberty to approach the competent court under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
It is always open to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under the law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
