Mr.Niraj Ashar, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that in the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Mamlatdar, Gandhinagar dated 17.04.2012, a typographical error has occurred, inasmuch as it is described as affidavit-in-reply on behalf of respondent No.2, instead of respondent No.1. He prays for permission to make the necessary correction. Permission to do so, is granted. The necessary correction be made, forthwith.
