Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The limited relief prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the Tehsildar Gola Gorakhpur, respondent no.2 to decide Case Nos. T2015053107890 and 7891within a fixed time frame.
To the aforesaid prayer learned standing counsel has no objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and decide Case Nos. T2015053107890 and 7891 after hearing the petitioner as well as all stake holders in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
