According to office report, steps for service of notice on respondent nos. 4 and 5 have not been taken by the petitioners.
It appears that the petitioners are not willing to pursue this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for want of prosecution.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, it is provided that the petitioners may move recall application of this order within a period of three months, if cause of action still survives.
