Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.K. Maurya holding brief of Sri Nishant Mehrotra, learned counsel appearing for the Hindustan Petroleum.
The petitioner had applied for Retail outlet Dealership of Hindustan Petroleum for the outlet situated at between km. Stone 2 to 7 Moradabad Agwanpur byepass Road towards Sheruwa Chauraha, Hakimpur.
The petitioner claims that she was selected according to quality point marks but the final allotment letter is not being issued to her without assigning any reason.
Learned counsel appearing for the Hindustan Petroleum was required to seek instructions but more than 15 days have passed, he has unable to obtain instructions.
In our view, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent no.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as far as possible within one month from the date a certified copy of this order is presented.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
