Meenaben vs State

Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State has placed on record communication addressed to the Office of Public Prosecutor of this Court by Investigating Officer dated 03.01.2012 and submitted that restrictions imposed under Section 268 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have now been lifted and further submitted that the grievance of the inmates who are in jail in this case now does not survive.

In the above view of the matter, both these applications stand disposed of.
