Learned Standing Counsel received notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 & 4. Sri Abhishek Srivastava and Sri K.D.S. Rathore learned counsels have put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos.2 & 3,5 & 6; respectively.
The petitioner is claiming for revision of his pay scale and has moved representation before the respondents. The submission is that the claim of the petitioner has not been adverted to till date.
Only prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to the respondents to to the needful.
To this prayer, no objection has been taken by the learned counsel for the respondents.
In view thereof, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the directions as follows:-
1. The petitioner shall move a fresh representation before the respondents within a period of three weeks from today.
2. On filing of the said representation, the respondents would be under obligation to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of two months, thereafter.
