[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 25.09.2015, made in W.P.(MD)No.17365 of 2015.
2. This Court, by order dated 25.09.2015, directed the respondents herein to measure the property in question. Since the respondents have not complied with the said order, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
3. Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself has submitted that the order of this Court dated 25.09.2015 has been complied with.
4. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication.
