This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17743 of 2016 dated 20.09.2016.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the order of this Court, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17743 of 2016 dated 20.09.2016 has been complied with by way of registering a case in Crime No.455 of 2016 for the offences punishable under
Sections 120-B,420,465,468 and
471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
