JUDGMENT / ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 14.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39180 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2030/2017/Aa 1 dated 27.03.2017.
3.In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law.
