Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader.
2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus commanding respondents 3 and 4 to grant adequate police protection for peaceful enjoyment of the property as directed by the order of the Civil Court in favour of the petitioners.
3. It is submitted that petitioners have filed a civil suit as O.S. No. 128 of 2013 before the Munsiff's Court, Tellichery. An interim injunction has been granted by the Court of Subordinate Judge in the appeal filed by the petitioners in C.M.A. No.26 of 2013, which order has also been confirmed by this Court in O.P.(C) No.4639 of 2013 vide its judgment dated 01.01.2014. Petitioners' grievance is that in spite of the said order he is unable to enjoy his property due to the obstruction created by the party respondents.

4. Be that as it may, as the civil suit filed by the petitioner being pending, it is open for the petitioner to seek such relief in the civil court, as may be advised, including obtaining police protection.
With the above observation, the writ petition is closed.
