This application is filed by the applicant praying for condoning the delay of 25 days caused in depositing the amount and extending the time as per the order passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.649 of 2012 on 30.1.2012 and also to permit the applicant to deposit the amount within a week from the date of the order.
It is submitted by learned advocate Mr.Dagli that as per the order dated 30.1.2012 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.649 of 2012, one of the conditions for granting bail was to deposit Rs.1,05,000/- within a period of two months from the date of the order but due to financial crisis, the applicant could not deposit the same within the prescribed time limit and prayed to extend the time for depositing the said amount.
Considering the averments made in the application, this application is allowed. The applicant is directed to deposit Rs.1,05,000/- as per the order dated 30.1.2012 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.649 of 2012 within seven days from today and on such deposit being made, the applicant is ordered to be released on bail. Rest of the conditions of the said order remain unaltered. Direct service is permitted.
