Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record.
The petitioner submitted a representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority on 7.9.2017 to consider his claim in accordance with Greater Noida Industrial Development Rural Abadi Sites (Management and Regularization) (First Amendment) Regulation, 2015. The representation as per learned counsel for the petitioner has not been considered and decided so far.
Looking to narrow amplitude of the issue involved, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition for writ by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida Development Authority to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner expeditiously as far as possible within a period of two months provided the petitioner produces a certified copy of this order before him within a period of one week from today.
