Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the court below to decide the complaint case no.1164 of 2017(Maya Devi Vs. Smt. Reema and others) under Sections 380, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Bakewar, District-Etawah pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Etawah.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that present is a complaint case which is pending since the year 2017. Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that despite of the statements recorded under Sections 200 and 202 Cr.P.C., no order for taking cognizance was passed by the concerned Magistrate.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2017, learned concerned Magistrate is required to apply his judicial mind and pass a well reasoned order within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
