The petitioner, who is defendant in Original Suit No.180 of 2007, has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, preferably within one month.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter is being posted for recording of the evidence of the plaintiffs.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2007, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
