This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 31.7.1996 passed by Sri Alok Saxena, Judicial Magistrate-I, Gorakhpur, in Criminal Case No.515 of 1996, (Mathura Prasad vs. Girdawal and others) whereby opposite parties 2 to 4 have been acquitted from the charge under Sections 352, 504 IPC.
2. Sri B.K.Tripathi, learned counsel or revisionist fairly stated that there is no manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise in the judgment of Trial Court so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
