JUDGMENT / ORDER

As per the order of this Court dated 15.04.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner viz., G.R.M.Palaniappan, submitted that he has already handed over the bundle to the petitioner along with change of vakalat. This Court, by an order dated 15.04.2015, the Registry is directed to remove the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner on record and print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Subsequently, again the matter was listed on 21.04.2015 and the Registry is directed to comply with the order dated 15.04.2015 strictly by removing the name of the learned counsel on record for the petitioners and by printing the name of the petitioners in the cause list.
2. Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondents.
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
