Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that case under Section 24 UP of the Revenue Code, 2006 instituted by the petitioner in the year 2019 has not been concluded finally, till date.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 1, Deputy Collector, Badlapur, Jaunpur to consider and decide the case No. 00358 of 2019, Computer Case No. T201914360200358 of 2019 under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 (Matafer Vs. Kamlesh and 15 others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
