This speaking to minutes has been filed by Mr.P.P.Majmudar, learned advocate for the applicants for correcting the order dated 2-4-2012 passed in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.3562 of 2012. It is stated that instead of mentioning as Tharad Police Station, it has been mentioned as Madhavpura Police Station in condition No.6(b) of the order and hence, it is requested that the order be corrected accordingly.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, condition No.6(b) imposed on the applicants by this Court vide order dated 2-4-2012 passed in Misc.Cri.Appln.No.3562 of 2012 is corrected to the extent that the applicants will now remain present before the Tharad Police Station on 16-4-2012 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. All the other conditions imposed on the applicants in the order passed dated 2-4-2012 passed in Misc.Cri.Appln.No.3562 of 2012 will remain unaltered. Office to issue a fresh writ accordingly. This speaking to minutes stands disposed of. D.S. is permitted.
