[1] The applicant has preferred this application for grant of parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground to find suitable match for his daughter who is 19 years old.
[2] The applicant convict prisoner is more than nine years. The above fact is verified by the jail authority and is found that daughter of the convict prisoner is 19 years old. Whenever the applicant was released in past, he surrendered in time, and his jail record is good.
[3] Considering above facts and considering the overall facts and circumstances, the applicant is granted parole leave for a period of fifteen (15) days, from the date of his release, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), on the usual terms and conditions and to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on completion of the period of parole, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail authority.
[4] With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is partly allowed.
