This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to decide the Case No.5164 of 2017 (State vs. Gulam Hussain), u/s 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 506 I.P.C., arising out of Case Crime No.278 of 2017, P.S.-Tanda, District-Rampur, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur.
Shri Subhash Chandra Pandey, Advocate filed his power today on behalf of opposite party nos.2, 3 and 4, which is taken on record.
Heard applicant's counsel, opposite party's counsel and learned A.G.A. for the State. Record has been perused.
In the facts and circumstances of the case the lower court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case at the earliest without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed off.
