Learned advocate Mr. Virat Popat states that he has instructions to appear for respondent No.2 original complainant and he has also stated that he may be permitted to file his appearance and the affidavit which he is tendering today opposing any such compromise. He has stated that though the affidavit regarding settlement at Annexure-B is taken on record, he has in fact stated that it has not been settled. He has tendered the affidavit which is taken on record and is permitted to file his appearance.
As there is sick-note of learned advocate Mr. Gaurav Darji/Nirad Buch, the matter is adjourned to 16.7.2012.
