1. RULE.
Mr. Desai, learned advocate waives service of Rule for the respondent.
2. The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 124 days in preferring the Review Application.
3. Heard Mr. Vin, learned advocate for Mr. Bhatt for the applicant and Mr. R.M. Desai, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, in view of the observations made by the Apex Court in the order dated 5.1.2012, we find that sufficient cause is made out. Hence, the delay deserves to be condoned and is hereby condoned. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
