The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court to decide Matrimonial Case No.334 of 2016 under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within a time specified by this Court.
The proceedings are pending at the instance of the petitioner. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the court is lying vacant.
In such view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of by observing that as soon as the Presiding Officer is posted in the court, he shall make endeavour to decide the proceedings having regard to the provisions of Section 21-B of the Act.
