Although several prayers have been made, but at the time of making oral submissions, counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is pressing only prayer made in relief clause no.2, whereby a direction has been sought to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction in Original Suit No.657 of 2007.
It is urged by learned counsel for the petitioners that application for temporary injunction is pending since the date of institution of the suit in the year 2007.
In case the application has yet not been disposed of, the trial court shall ensure its disposal expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
