Sri Vishal Kakkar, the learned Standing Counsel states on instructions that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been initiated against all those persons who were found to have encroached upon the public utility land. He states that these proceedings shall be taken to their logical conclusion in accordance with law and all endeavour shall be made to ensure that they are concluded within a period of four months.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. The petition stands disposed of.
