Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Azamgarh to decide Case No. 438 of 2012, Janki Vs. Chimirekha and another within a stipulated period.
Suit is of the year 2012.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2, the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Azamgarh to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
