This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.5, Mathura, to decide Misc. Case No. 1616 of 2020 (Manoj Kumar Chaudhari Vs. Jahan Singh and Others) under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.5, Mathura, to decide Misc. Case No. 1616 of 2020 (Manoj Kumar Chaudhari Vs. Jahan Singh and Others) under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
