At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application and he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh application, because the present application has been filed without service of copy of notice upon the counsel for D.R.I./opposite party No. 3.
The prayer so made is allowed.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application after service of copy of the application upon the counsel appearing for D.R.I..
