The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Fatehpur, i.e., respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 16.1.2012 pending in the court of Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Fatehpur.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Fatehpur, i.e., respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the aforesaid application within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
