JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Presently and from the state of the record, it is not evident that the petitioners had complied with the terms and conditions imposed in the earlier order of the High Court. The Court is constrained to observe thus since the representations which are annexed are not shown to have been served upon the second respondent. Consequently, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for liberty to comply with the directions issued by the High Court on 15 May 2018 and to approach the second respond by way of representations along with a certified copy of this order.
The petition is consequently disposed of with liberty as prayed.
