Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Rathore, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed that the court below be directed to decide the Case No. 3192 of 2013 (Manjula Singh Vs. Chhotey Lal Singh and others) under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Mahila Thana, District- Allahabad pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Allahabad.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the present application is finally disposed.
