Heard Sri Nafees Ahmad, Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, counsel for the applicants, Sri R.K. Shahi, counsel for the informant, learned AGA and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 167/2017, u/s 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Sevrahi, District Kushinagar with the prayer for enlarging him on bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the deceased died within three months of her marriage and the applicants are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased, who died on account of ante mortem injury on her neck and the hyoid bone was also found fractured in the post mortem report, which indicates that she was done to death after strangulation or throttling. I do not find it to be a fit case for enlarging the applicants on bail.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
