This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the Criminal Case No. 856 of 2016 (State vs. Amit Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 452 of 2015, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 354 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, police station Mahila Thana, district Ghaziabad pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-VIII, Ghaziabad expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine months fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that the parties shall cooperate in the proceeding and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
