JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the averments made in the application and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this application is allowed. The condition no.5(g) of the order dated 02.04.2012 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.3633 of 2012 is hereby modified to the following extent.
"5(g) deposit an amount of Rs.30.00 lakhs (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only) with the Vadodara Municipal Corporation within a period of two months from today;"
Direct service is permitted.
