JUDGMENT / ORDER

1 Heard the learned advocates for the parties.
2 This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash complaint C.R. No.I-229 of 2011 registered with Anjar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code filed by the respondent No.2 against the applicant.
3 At the outset, it is submitted that the subject matter of dispute arising out of the impugned complaint is pertaining to the land in question and, upon understanding, an agreement is arrived at between the complainant and the original accused and the entries have been reversed and status-quo ante qua the land in question is restored. The aforesaid facts are declared by respondent No.2 in the affidavit on oath dated 13.1.2012, which is taken on record.
4 Considering the nature of dispute, the relationship between the parties and the stage of investigation, I deem it just and proper to exercise powers under Section 482 of the Code and quash the impugned complaint qua the applicant. This application is allowed accordingly. The impugned complaint is quashed qua the applicant. Direct service is permitted.
