Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction upon Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sherki, Allahabad to decide interim injunction application paper no. 6C filed in Original Suit No. 2220 of 2017 (Heera Lal and another Vs. Manik Chandra Gupta) pending before him within a stipulated period of time.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, as the interim injunction application is pending since 2017, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction the court concerned to consider and decide the said application in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the court concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of.
