Manibhai vs O.L

Mr.Saurabh M. Patel, learned advocate appearing for Mr.I.H.Syed, learned advocate for the applicants, states that the matter was fully heard by Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.A.Puj, but the order could not be dictated on account of paucity of time. He, therefore, wants to make a request before Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice to place the matter before the Court, which has earlier heard the matter and prays for time.
