Ref:- Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No. 1 of 2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that by order dated 14.2.2019 of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the applicants were directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 20,000/- latest by 25.02.2019 with the Mediation Centre but on account of paucity of fund, he could not deposit the money within the time granted by this Court in the order dated 14.2.2019.
The cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of time extension application is sufficient.
In view of above, two weeks and no more time is allowed to the applicants from today to comply the order dated 14.2.2019 of this Court.
