Smt. Manisha, petitioner-1 appears before the Court and claims to be major. In support thereof she filed school leaving certified as well as Aadhar card according to which her date of birth is 1.1.2000.
Smt. Manisha, petitioner-1 states that she has voluntarily married to Pawan, petitioner-2, therefore, no useful purpose will be served in arresting the petitioners.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of FIR dated 7.7.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 301 of 2018, under Section 363, 366 IPC,P.S. Kotwali Padrauna, Distt. Kushinagar, till submission of police report under Section 173 (2) Cr P C.
