Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the courts below to consider and decide the bail application of the applicant in connection with Case Crime no.0145 of 2018, State vs. Chaman Gautam and others, under Sections 411, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Nevarhiya, District Jaunpur, expeditiously on the same day.
A perusal of the record shows that no police report has been filed as yet under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., and, therefore, there is no process of court in existence, as such, the present application is not maintainable.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not maintainable.
However, it is provided that the applicant approach such other remedies as he may be advised.
Certified copies of documents may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining attested copies of the same by the learned counsel for the applicant.
