Respondent Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in PRC No.49 of 2016, on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Gingee and quash the final report filed by the Inspector of Police, Gingee against the petitioner.
For Petitioner : Mr.K.Selvarangan For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in PRC No.49 of 2016, pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after the completion of investigation, a final report has been filed and the case has been committed in SC.No.209 of 2017, before Fast Track Court, Tindivanam.
3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Fast Track Court, Tindivanam, to dispose of the proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
